The steel frame formwork system features high overall rigidity, allowing for larger tie rod spacing. This reduces the number of tie rods required, lowers labor costs, and saves significant time during formwork erection.

With a limited number of panel sizes, the formwork panels can be placed both vertically and horizontally. Connected by quick clamps, the system can be rapidly assembled into large-area formwork of various dimensions.

All connection and dismantling operations can be completed with only a hammer, making installation quick and efficient.

The system can be seamlessly connected with alignment props, walers, and platform brackets, enabling integrated lifting of the entire formwork unit, which greatly improves installation efficiency.

The panels are highly durable and can theoretically be reused more than 50 times.

Maintenance is simple—minor scratches or holes can be quickly repaired, and replacing an entire panel is convenient.

• High Load Capacity

The custom-profile steel frame provides high structural strength. The system can withstand a maximum concrete lateral pressure of up to 60 kN/m².

It is compatible with both steel formwork and timber formwork systems and can be used for curved concrete structures, such as those found in hydropower plants and infrastructure projects.
